What happens if an articles is out of stock?<\/b> Cuando no hay stock disponible pero existe la opci\u00f3n de realizar un pedido \u201cEN RESERVA\u201d, \u00e9stos tienen un tiempo de espera de entre 10 y 15 d\u00edas aproximadamente, es decir, el tiempo que necesitamos para reponer los art\u00edculos. Esta informaci\u00f3n aparece reflejada en el carrito de la compra donde se indica \u00abDisponible para reserva\u00bb. \u00a1Gracias por tu comprensi\u00f3n! How can I find out if I've finalized my purchase correctly?<\/b> Once you've placed an order you will receive an email confirming your purchase and another when the order has been completed and it's ready to be sent. Durante las siguientes 24h-48h Correos Express te comunicar\u00e1 v\u00eda email y sms tu n\u00famero de seguimiento y la fecha de entrega. How to know when the order is ready for pickup:<\/b> Si has seleccionado la opci\u00f3n de recogida en tienda (Librer\u00eda Libros Traperos) recibir\u00e1s dos emails cuando tu pedido est\u00e9 listo: uno de \u201cPedido Completado\u201d y otro de \u00abYa puedes recoger tu pedido\u00bb para informarte del horario de recogida. Can I remove an item from my order?<\/b> You can delete unwanted items from your shopping cart as long as you haven't finalized the order.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>6. If you want to modify an order once paid:<\/b> If you have already paid your order but you have made a mistake on an item and you want any change, email us as soon as possible at yourorder@lasculpass.com informing us in case we have time to modify it.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>7.  How can I cancel my order?<\/b> It may be possible to cancel an order, depending on its status. If you wish to do this please send us an email at weare@lasculpass.com.<\/p>\n<p><b>8. What if I receive the wrong item?<\/b> This means we messed up your order by mistake. If we send you something that you didn't order, get in touch with us at weare@lasculpass.com.<\/p>\n<p><b>9. Payment methods:<\/b><br>Our online shop has an integrated payment platform that allows completely\nsecure payment by credit or debit card.<br>Via PayPal: If you don't have a PayPal account, it only takes a few moments to make one. Once you've set up your account you can pay with Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Aurora Card.<\/p>\n<p>It's also possible to pay by bank transfer. Once you've completed your order you'll receive the necessary data to make the payment. We'll begin processing your order as soon as we receive confirmation that the transfer has gone through (approx. two business days). We'll also send you an email confirming the payment. If you prefer, you can send to us proof bank transfer and we don't need to wait to receive it at our bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>9.1. Problems paying by card?<\/b> Your card can be rejected for one of the following reasons:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 The card might be expired. Double check that your card is still valid.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 It's possible the limit on the card has been exceeded. Consult with your bank to check that your purchase isn't higher than the amount permitted for your card.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 You might have made a mistake when entering your personal data.
