Refound and exchanges
1. If your purchase does not convince you and you want to change the item you have 2 options:
– By size or color, provided it is of the same amount and you must pay again the shipping costs corresponding to your territory. EYE! Please, if you have any questions, consult our SIZE GUIDE before making your purchase to avoid unnecessary expenses.
– For another product. In this case, if the amount is lower, we will refund the difference by the means agreed with you. If it is a higher amount you will have to make the payment through one of our systems.
– ¡CAREFUL! Shipping costs derived from the change * will be paid by you, except in cases where we have made an error with the size or the article when processing your order.
Once you know what you want, the first thing you have to do is get in touch with us (email@example.com or phone +34 868910878) and tell us what change you want to make and we will agree on the system that best suits you.

2. How much time do you have to make a change: The conditions are the same as for a return, you have 15 days to count from when you receive your order and the item has to be in perfect condition (same state in which you received it).
1. You want to return your order: To return an item, it must be in perfect condition (same as when you received it). To do this contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know, we will agree the system (messaging) and date for the return. Keep in mind that the shipping costs of the return are from your account.
You can also go to our store in Ronda de Garay, 20, Murcia (Spain) for any change or refund.
2. How much time do you have to make the return: That does not happen to you! The deadline to request any return is 15 days from the date you receive your order.
3. How do you recover your money: Once we receive and check the item, we will send you the amount of the items you have purchased. That is, the total of the purchase minus the shipping costs that will not be returned.

Also you can visit our store in Murcia to make any change or return. To do this you have a period of 30 days and you must present the receipt. The amount will be paid by the same means that the payment was made or by a a gift card without expiration date.
